the room felt old the bathroom was small. the dehumidifier was too noisy i couldn't sleep well. finding towels each morning took time nobody was available near the pool. the staff at reception were not helpful during checkout.

the pool bar team offered very helpful service. batman, viral, kmart, ruvindu, kanaka and mendis were very attentive. the hotel's location is also a definite positive. i found many things to do in and near the hotel.
i was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast buffet. the spread was limited, i think.. i spoke with the f&b manager, jamitha, and the head of hr about this issue. jamitha's handling of the situation seemed unprofessional to me.

A Relaxing Stay

The staff throughout the hotel are very kind. The pool team always ensured there were enough sun-chairs. Gamini and Ranuka greeted everyone warmly at the dining hall, very thoughtful. Anurudda and Roshan, the Sous Chefs, accommodated specific food requests with care. The hotel's lawn between the pool and the seaside is nicely kept. Ample space exists between each sun-chair. The team at the pool, including Dumindu, Viraj, Kumara, Ruvindu, Mendis and Hiruni, are attentive. They always made sure that my needs were met. I found the breakfast selection quite broad. Many options were available. Security personnel are always vigilant. It provided reassurance.

pool barbest servicefriendly team
The pool bar service was very good , and barman Viraj and his team provided the best service. I found the team to be very nice. Janaka , Chamindu, Kumara , Mendis, Hiruni, and Ruvindu formed the best team.
I noticed that some equipment had loose connections , especially the plug points.
